PRE-DISCHARGE EDUCATION PROCESS
After you have filed for bankruptcy, call our local Fayetteville number (479-521-8877) or our toll-free number (800-889-4916) for your pre-discharge education appointment, which can be in-person, over the phone, or online. The education class will last 2 hours. If you prefer a CCOA representative to contact you to set up an appointment, please

You will need to read, complete, and return a
disclosure & affidavit
form before getting started. CCOA must receive this form and payment ($50.00 for an individual, $60.00 for couple) before completing the education. As with the pre-filing session, the course is offered to debtor students without regard to debtor students' ability to pay.
Certificates are issued within three business days upon course completion, and can be provided to you or your attorney.
